Hello Southern Tennis!
We are meeting this Saturday February 29th from 12:30 to 2:30. Let’s plan on dressing warm and wearing running shoes! We will go through a dynamic warm-up on the tennis courts followed by a one mile run around the track. Once we complete the mile we will jog into the weight room for a workout.
